1 Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Understanding these definitions is essential for interpreting your rights and obligations as a 55bat player.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

By completing registration or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. 55bat enforces this requirement rigorously. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To create a 55bat account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You agree that all information supplied is truthful and that you will update it promptly if any details change. Registration of more than one account per individual is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 55bat reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any associated balances.

• You must provide a valid, functioning email address that you have sole access to.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where access to online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of 55bat or any related entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 55bat platform for any reason.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.

2.3 KYC Verification

55bat may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to: before processing a withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Supporting documents such as a recent utility bill or mobile banking statement may also be requested to confirm your address. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by 55bat may result in temporary account restrictions.

3 Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55bat login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances. 55bat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 55bat immediately at [email protected] so that protective measures can be applied without delay.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the 55bat platform:

1. Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the 55bat platform in a manner not sanctioned by 55bat.
2. Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error on the platform to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
3. Engaging in collusion with other players in any multiplayer game or betting market to manipulate outcomes.
4. Attempting to launder money or use the 55bat platform for any purpose connected with financial crime.
5. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or transaction process.
6. Abusing any bonus or promotional offer in a manner inconsistent with its stated terms, including but not limited to bonus stacking or arbitrage betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
7. Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or responsible gaming restriction that has been applied to your account.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each player is entitled to maintain exactly one registered account on the 55bat platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. 55bat employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts except the original registered account will be closed, and any bonus funds or winnings generated across duplicate accounts will be voided in full.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

55bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels:

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 55bat does not accept deposits from payment accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder. Third-party deposits — where the name on the payment source does not match the registered player name — will be rejected and returned where possible, less any applicable processing fees.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit accepted on the 55bat platform is ৳200. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, though 55bat reserves the right to request KYC documentation for deposits above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations. Deposits are credited to your 55bat wallet balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

55bat processes withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad in under two minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard may take longer depending on the payment provider's processing schedules. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have completed the applicable KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name, matching your 55bat account details.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before Real Money Funds generated from those bonuses can be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most 55bat bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to Real Money Funds and made available for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the bonus. Any unused Bonus Funds and associated wagering-requirement winnings remaining at the end of the validity period will be automatically forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility Conditions

• Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.

6 Betting & Game Rules

• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, all affected markets will be voided and stakes returned unless alternative settlement rules are specified in the market terms.
• Manifest errors in odds — where odds are clearly erroneous due to a technical fault — do not constitute a valid bet. 55bat reserves the right to void bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds and refund the relevant stakes.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to individual markets and events. These limits are displayed within each market and may vary by sport, competition, and event.

6.3 Void Bets and Refunds

Where a bet or game round is voided for any reason permitted under these Terms & Conditions, the original stake will be returned to your account balance in full. 55bat will endeavour to process void refunds within 24 hours of the voiding decision being made. Void decisions are not subject to reversal once communicated to the affected player.

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 55bat platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial recreational gaming and betting activity in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 55bat platform without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the 55bat platform.
• Use any 55bat brand assets, trademarks, or proprietary materials for commercial purposes or on third-party websites without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the 55bat platform on any external website or application.

Unauthorised use of 55bat intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in civil and/or criminal liability. 55bat will pursue all available legal remedies in respect of material intellectual property infringements.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55bat's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your 55bat account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.1 Exclusions of Liability

55bat shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if 55bat has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunities.
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored in connection with your 55bat account.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, communication failures, or interruptions to service caused by factors outside 55bat's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, mobile network disruptions, and force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your 55bat login credentials.
• Losses resulting from decisions made on the basis of information displayed on the platform that contained a manifest error subsequently corrected under these Terms & Conditions.

10 Amendments & Termination

10.1 Changes to These Terms

55bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect your financial rights, bonus conditions, or account closure rights — 55bat will provide reasonable notice via the email address associated with your account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the 55bat platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

10.2 Account Termination by 55bat

55bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct obligations set out in Section 3.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity in connection with the account.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that compel 55bat to restrict access to certain players or jurisdictions.

Where an account is terminated by 55bat due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & amp; Conditions, any Real Money Funds remaining in the account at the time of termination will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Bonus Funds and wagering-requirement winnings will be forfeited in all cases of termination for cause.

10.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your 55bat account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 55bat will process any pending withdrawal of your Real Money Funds balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. 10.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations.
